Information We Collect
You may use our website without disclosing to us any personal data.
With the exception of the data listed under Cookies below, we collect personal data about you only if you choose to provide it to us. For purposes of online recruiting, event registration, sharing educational materials and answering inquiries, we may collect personal data, such as your name, address, email address, telephone or fax number, IP address, any content you post in your resume or CV, and certain other information that we collect through the forms on our website
We do not collect or process any data that falls under the special categories of personal data as defined under Article 9 Paragraph 1 of the GDPR, unless we are required by law to do so, such as in the event of a court case. We do have contact forms on our website with open-text boxes. Please do not include this type of personal information in these boxes. If you do voluntarily submit this information, then by way of submitting the form you are giving us the consent required under applicable data protection legislation. Such consent of course may be withdrawn at any time - see Data Retention section below. We will not handle any sensitive personal data that we are not permitted by you to handle, or that you have not voluntarily provided to us.

Disclosure and Third-Party Providers
We utilize third party software and services to assist us with collecting and analyzing information regarding use of this site.
- We use Hubspot, a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, to store information for our prospects, clients, and individuals that we work with.
- We use LinkedIn and Twitter, to promote and share content about our company. They provide us with analytics as to how well our posts are performing and how much traffic is being driven to our website as a result of our social media content.
We do not sell data. We do not share any user information gathered on this website with third parties for direct marketing purposes. However, your registration information for a particular event may be provided to any event partners or co-sponsors for that event, each of whom will be identified to you at the time of registration. The privacy policies of these partners and co-sponsors may differ from this one.
We may disclose your personal data if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law.
Any email messages and associated information that you send to non-Level 2 Legal addresses published on this website are not governed by this policy.
Personal data will be retained only so long as we maintain an ongoing relationship with you, or you are lawfully included on our contact lists.
We allow you to opt out of future communications at any time by replying to any email you receive with a message that reads "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. You may also send an email to be added to our do not contact list. If you choose to unsubscribe, it does not mean your personal data will be deleted from our database. If you would like all your personal data removed from our database, please specify that in your email.
We will also retain your personal data pursuant to any legal matters under applicable laws.
Verifying, Updating or Deleting Your Information
