Relativity Certified User, 2018
JD, Baylor Law School, 2005
BBA, Business Honors Program/Management Information Systems, The University of Texas at Austin, 2002

Mitch Keeler learned to think on his feet when he was four years old and began singing and playing the piano in church. While growing up, he also worked for his family’s small business and mastered the kinds of pressures and obstacles companies face.

These experiences have earned him the highest praise when it comes to his ability to improvise – and lead his team to give their best performance – when the unexpected happens.

But creativity doesn't just show up in his love for music and theater, Mitch uses outside-the-box thinking to discover and analyze hidden data trends and patterns that can mean saving clients significant time, money, and problems down the road. He's been with Level 2 Legal since day one, and clients request his "under-the-gun" smooth presence again and again.

Since earning his business and law degrees, Mitch has focused his practice on document review and eDiscovery. He has assisted law firms and companies around the country, handling a wide variety of matters including employee investigations, legal malpractice litigation, mergers, onsite source code review, patent litigation, and shareholder litigation.

Mitch's love of the arts continues to this day, performing in local plays – even singing with other Level 2 teammates on special occasions. He is also the leader of the company's corporate philanthropy initiative.

Mitch uses creative thinking to uncover new ways of saving clients time and money.
